Registration will be opening soon for the Wildland Fire Canada 2019 conference in Ottawa, Ontario. In preparation, we are pleased to announce the registration fee structure and cutoff dates.
To begin, we encourage conference attendees to take advantage of our early bird registration rate; a 21% discount from the full registration fee. The cost is $550 if you register between April 1 and July 26. If you miss the early registration, the regular fee is $700 between July 27 and November 21.
In addition, students are welcome to take advantage of the great discounted student rate. It’s only $300 for the full conference. Remember, this will be a great opportunity to see and meet wildland fire operations and science specialists from across Canada, hear presentations on cutting edge work, and present your own work to a group of interested and supportive experts. To qualify, you must be enrolled in a full-time university or college program.
Are you a vendor interested in attending? A vendor booth is $1,900 and you must register between April 1 and November 21. The vendor fee includes conference registration for one representative for the duration of the conference.
