Interested in participating at our Wildland Fire Canada 2019 conference? Paper (presentation), micro talk, and poster abstracts must be submitted by June 30th.
Submissions should be aligned with at least one of the five theme topics:
- Collaborative strategies and shared learning
- Implementing success
- Fire processes and complexity
- Living and working with fire
- Wildland fire smoke (Smoke Forum)
All abstracts have a 300-word maximum, and follow these guidelines:
- Paper presentations are tentatively planned as 20 minutes in length followed by 5 minutes for questions.
- Micro talks are tentatively planned as 10-minute presentations.
- Posters will be presented during an evening session and can remain on display for the duration of the conference. The poster displays are 4ft by 8ft.
